I have been a patient for a short time, and like this office. Appts are timely, and include reminders/confirmation beforehand. (When a major snowstorm threatened, I was given the option to re-schedule). I have had a long needed procedure done (implants) and this was accomplished promptly and expertly, with great results. Convenient location, and parking, with a clean, modern office, and friendly, professional, and courteous staff...I like Brookside.

When I first started I explained I had a fear with gag reflex and of dentists in general! The results are fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Can't say enough of about this group. I had an emergency dental problem called them and they told me to come right in. Dr Siegel took care of me right away he was so kind and explained everything that was being done. The dental assistant,the receptionist were all so amazing! They have such compassion!! Sonia is the best! She is gentle, thorough, and patient! As my hubby described, "she's like a dog with a bone, tartar doesn't stand a chance!". Dr. Siegel is lovely, again checks everything out but maybe more so his charity work and attention to veteran's, just heartwarming. Good dentist, better human.

The people there are just so nice and caring. I have never had a great experience at any other place than like the one I did today visiting there office. I have been a patient at Brookside Family Dentistry for years and continue to be overwhelmed by the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. The location is lovely with spotless rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The hygienists are gentle but thorough and explain each step so I understand what is going on and know what to expect. The dentists partner with me regarding my care and review options and costs, offering recommendations with no pressure or agenda. I have moved farther away but will continue to travel to them for the outstanding level of service they provide. I cannot recommend them enough!

Brookside Family Dental are the Best in Orange County. Back in October of 2023 I met with Doctor Siegel & Doctor Kay to see what my options were to fix my worn down teeth. My teeth & smile were in real bad shape. Both Doctors explained all options available for me. They were upfront about everything. No judgement. I chose full mouth dental implants. Had the surgery in January 2024. Today, I'm near my final stage of my dental implants. I am loving my new beautiful smile! Both Doctors are very professional & compassionate. All of the Ladies that work there are very compassionate as well. They all made me feel like family! I will stay with them for life. They took very good care of me and I'm so very happy with my new smile! I highly recommend them all to everyone! You won't be disappointed! Thank you for everything Dr. Siegel & Dr. Kay and the whole staff for everything you have done for me and giving back my new better & beautiful smile!I am truly grateful to all of you!

They are all knowledgeable, kind and comforting, and everyone is always smiling. They got me in the office the same day for an emergency. So I’m elated to know that my other teeth can be saved and it took one tooth to be taken out for me to not feel much pain. This was my first visit and I so wish I came here sooner. Highly recommend and trust the numbing is a piece of cake, especially if you’re already in pain. I will be bringing my mom in to get a diagnosis. The $125 is so worth it with what they provide.

This is an excellent dentistry practice. Have had multiple hygienists all of whom have been technically proficient and have always felt that everyone took their time. Have not had pain with any of the cleanings. Had crown placed with Dr Siegel and was overall a very smooth experience with expectations discussed and well managed. If I could give this office medals I would. I have horrible teeth from past trauma. I also have horrible PTSD. They took such care of me and kept numbing me until I could feel nothing. They listened and ultimately made me feel better. I am appreciative of them.They also did work on my minor child a few months ago. They also handled her so well and was able to fix a hurty tooth for her. She didn’t even feel it.
